Construction

Our firm includes some of Saudi Arabia’s best construction lawyers. We collaborate to provide problem-solving representation to owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals and lenders. Representing owners, lenders, design professionals, contractors, and suppliers in an extensive array of construction litigation and alternative dispute resolution situations.
 
Real estate

We cover the entire range of real estate practice, including:

Structuring and documenting construction and permanent financing;
Purchase, sale and sale-leaseback agreements;

Assisting and representing a major UAE entity in connection with the development of Hail Economic City and the operation of outsourced services in respect of five Economic Cities (SAGIA Cities) being developed in Saudi Arabia.
