Experiences: Dr. Alnowaiser has extensive experience in general corporate issue. He concentrates his practice primarily in commercial and civil litigation and arbitration. Represented and currently representing various arbitration proceedings in locally and internationally. Represented various Saudi Arabian clients in arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Co-arbitrator in ICC cases. Prior establishing this firm, worked for several years in public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.

ICC country reporter of the Task Force on National rules and procedures for recognition and enforcement of foreign awards pursuant to the New York Convention of 1958.
