Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
We specialize in all aspects of local and international Arbitration, Mediation and other Dispute Resolution processes and are completely familiar with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), UNCITRAL, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center, Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration, and other arbitration institutions.

We handle all aspects of Agency, Distributorships, Licensing and Franchising, particularly the legal requirements and implications of establishing an agency or franchise or licensing operation in the country.
