Advised two insurance companies and a well known IT company in connection with the initial public offering of part of their shares in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Assisted an industrial company with the offering of part of its shares through a private placement.
Advised a motors company with regard to a private offering;.
Advised a prominent chemicals and petrochemicals listed company on its increase of capital by way of rights issue and obtaining approval for the rights issue from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Advised on a restructuring project of a well known motors company in preparation for a private placement and a potential IPO;
Advised a leading company in the industrial sector in preparation for a private placement and a potential offering;
Advised on the restructuring of a business into a public joint stock company in preparation for an offering; assisting and advising several major financial institutions in obtaining licenses from the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA);
Advised various international financial institutions in connection with equity capital market (ECM);
Advised two prestigious American financial institutions in connection with the creation of funds in the KSA and advised the Japanese branch of a major French bank in connection with the creation of a fund feeder in the KSA;
