Mr. Al Najrani’s principal practice focus is in civil, commercial and Sharia’a litigation. He appears before both Sharia’a and Commercial courts in Saudi Arabia.

He is also involved in corporate and commercial law and regularly counsels clients in connection with commercial contracts and incorporation issues.

Experience/Representative Matters:

• Represented private clients in various cases, such as inheritance matters, land disputes, and private disputes;
• Represented a client in shareholder dispute litigation;
• Drafts corporate documents, such as memorandum of understanding, articles of association, shareholders agreement, joint venture agreements, distributorship agreements, etc.
• Represented local and international corporations to incorporate their businesses in Saudi Arabia under the Foreign Investment Law.
