- Mr. Mohsen is also involved in advising all legal Certification for local laws prevailing on the Arab World. More he is able to give professional legal opinions on various topics and issues relating to the organization’s business suggesting appropriate scenarios and alternatives.
- Mr. Mohsen also is advising clients of legal analysis and structure regarding different types of investments and financing projects. In addition to organization of ordinary & extra ordinary General Assembly meetings of shareholders.
- Mr. Mohsen experience covered (IPO) projects either in respect of merging companies and transfer companies for limited liability type to closed and public Joint Stock Companies. Liaison with the different official and nonofficial bodies to assure a high professional standard of proper documentation procedure and legality within the time schedule.

- His previous assignments and responsibilities covered geographical areas, i.e. much of the United Arab Emirates, the Arab and Islamic World such as KSA, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Sudan, and Tunis, Turkey in addition to some of the European countries i.e. France, England, Luxemburg and Denmark.
