Representative experience
Working in association with a US-based international law firm, we represented a Saudi client in arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce for two separate construction matters wherein the total of the amounts in controversy was over two-hundred million United States dollars (US$200,000,000).
Working in conjunction with a US-based international law firm, we represented a Saudi client before United Nations Claims Commission against the Iraqi Government, wherein the amount in controversy was over fifty million United States dollars (US$50,000,000).
